Wheat Flour: 50 Gms

Cauliflower: 100 Gms

Onion: 50 Gms

Coriander: 10 Gms

Butter: 5 Gms

Salt (As per taste)

Method

Step 1

Mixed Cauliflower with onion, coriander and salt. Filled it in Wheat Flour dough. Roasted the parantha both sides without adding any butter while cooking. Rather added butter after it is prepared.
