Jowar flour: 50gms
Besan/ chikpea flour: 10gms
Sugar-free a little less than 1/4cup
butter :22gm
Firstly use semi cold butter and add sugar free( I used erythritol and xylitol in the ratio :)
Continuously beat them together so that they butter turns pale and doubles in size
Next add in both the flours and knead well, add tbsp water if the dough feels dry
Preheat airfryer at for mins
Roll the dough and cut shapes with desired cutter
Bake them in the preheated airfryer btw - mins, depending on the fryer
They will still be soft when warm....allow to cool completely
I made approx small size Biscuits
