Milk : 300ml
Grated Bottle gourd/Ghiya : 100gm
Cardamom : 2 piece
Almond : 5gm
Sugar free/Stevia : As per the taste
Take a pan and add milk in it. Let it simmer for - mins.
Now add grated bottle gourd in the same pan and let the mixture simmer for next - mins at lower flame.
Add cardamom, almonds and sugar free and stir for - minutes.
Take out kheer in a bowl. Enjoy!!
