Ingredients

200 gm bottle gourd

50 ml milk

5 gms ghee

2 tsp milk powder

nuts to decorate of choice

Method

Step 1

peel bottle gourd and grate..add one spoon ghee in a pan to it add grated bottle gourd.Mix well nd cover..let it cook for - min..

Step 2

Add ml milk to it stir well and let it cook in sim flame for min..cook till bottle gourd gets cook.

Step 3

to it add now milk powder and mix well so that no lumps are formed if needed can add lil water a spoon it two.mix well

Step 4

add sugar free or Stevia as much u like..mix well..ready to serve.. decorate with nuts of your choice..enjoy
