400 grams peeled shrimps or 550grams unpeeled shrimps 2 tablespoons olive oil ( 1 tablespoon for shrimps and 1 for salad ) 10 sprigs of chopped parsley 10 gram garlic pieces chopped Mayonnaise 2 tsps 200 grams lettuce 100 grams bell peppers chopped 1 tsp Italian seasoning Salt and pepper as per taste
Descale and de vein shrimps leaving the head and tail connected ( you can remove it too) Heat a skillet and add tablespoon of olive oil Add shrimps , garlic ,salt and pepper ( here I am using medium size so cooking time is - minutes on medium flame ) Now add chopped parsley And plate it Salad Wash and chop lettuce , add bell peppers chopped , olive oil , mayonnaise and sprinkle some salt and pepper Mix well with spatula and serve on sides of shrimps
