Salmon - 150 g Olive oil - 10 ml Rice - 60 g Kale Leaves - 100 gm Cherry Tomato - 4 Soy Sauce Garlic Green Chilies Black peppers Mixed Herbs
Soy Glazed Salmon: Take Salmon fillet, add lemon juice, Pepper n dark soya sauce and keep it aside for min. In a wok, Add olive oil and cook the marinated salmon for - mins each side. Kale: Place kale in a large bowl. Drizzle over oil and sprinkle with a small pinch of salt and pepper. Use hands to scrunch for seconds then set aside until rice is cooked. Rice: In the same wok, Add garlic and chopped green chillies, saute for minute until fragrant. Add cooked rice, cover with lid. Cook for - minutes. Remove from heat, then quickly toss all the kale on top of the rice, add cherry tomatos then clamp lid back on. Rest for mins. Remove lid, stir wilted kale through rice. Adjust salt, mixed herbs and pepper to taste and stir. Transfer to serving bowl and serve with soy glazed Salmon.
