Carrots

sugar

elaichi and dry fruit

ghee

milk

Method

Step 1

Grate peeled carrots and put it in a cooker and add glasses of milk if kg of carrot . Stop the flame after two whistles .

Step 2

When the milk seems not to be visible anymore then sugar then after sometime add ghee.

Step 3

Roast till completely cooked. Add dry fruits and enjoy
