Suji/semolina dry roasted :40gms

Fruits of your choice : Apples and grapes used here :50gms

Stevia as per taste

Oil:4gms

Kesari strands : 5-10

Method

Step 1

STEPS: . Heat oil . Add fruits and saute till they are partially soft yet crunchy . Add hot water , let it boil for a min .now start adding suji in batches little by little and keep stirring so that no lumps are formed . If required add more water and keep stirring . It will start spluttering be careful . Once it reaches halwa consistency, serve hot 😋
