Ingredients

Rolled oats 30gm

Banana 50gm

Apple red & green 50gm

Soya milk 50gm

Papaya ripen 100gm

Almonds 5gm

Flaxseed powdered 5gms

Method

Step 1

Put all the ingredients, except a few slices of apple, almonds and flaxseed powder in a blender and blend it well to make a thick rich smoothie. . Serve it in a bowl and top it with the remaining ingredients
