Yogurt/curd-50g
Stevia/sugar free

Chat Masala
Cummin powder
Mint leaves
Dhania jeera powder
Mint coriander chutney ( optional)
Brush ghee on nonstick pan and roast soya granules nicely. Add salt , chat masala,Dhania jeera powder
Beat curd with a pinch of salt and stevia Add little water if needed ( lassi consistency)
Clean and chop fruits , add salt,chat masala and mint leaves
When serving first add crispy roasted soya granules in the base , spread green chutney ,then add fruits
Pour beaten sweet curd / yogurt on top. Sprinkle chat masala,cumin powder, green chutney Add some pomegranate seeds and enjoy
