Method

Step 1

Wash, peel and cut your mangoes and put in the freezer overnight.

Step 2

Next morning, in the blender add gms mangoes (quantify before outing in freezer) ml milk scoop protein powder unflavoured

Step 3

Blend until smooth (add a bit of water if needed)

Step 4

Top with gms granola for the crunch & Some chia seeds
