Eggs- 5 Capsicum- 20 Grams Onions- 20 grams Cheese- 1 Cube Mustard Sauce or any other Ghee/ Butter- 5 Gram
Whisk all the eggs in a bowl. Add the whisked eggs to the nonstick pan.
Add salt and red chilli powder.
Take a non stick pan. Add the ghee and saute the capsicum and onions
Keep the pan at very low heat. Add grated cheese at the top.
Add sauce at the top. Slowly cook for - Mins. Your frittata is ready.
