30 Grams Rice
100 Grams Green vegetables
20 Grams Carrot
10 Grams Ghee
1 tbsp Soya sauce
1 tbsp Chilli sauce
1 tbsp Vinegar
Crushed black pepper (as per taste)
Salt (as per taste)
1 Onion
2 cloves of Garlic
Boil rice and chop all the vegetables.
Heat ghee in a wok.
Saute chopped garlic and onion for minutes
Add chopped green vegetables and carrot, salt and pepper, cook for minutes
Add all the sauces in mentioned quantities.
Add boiled rice.
And them all and cook it for - minutes. Keep mixing while it cooks.
