1. French beans ( 250 grams )

2. Oil ( 5 grams )

3. Grated coconut ( 10 grams )

4. Hing ( pinch )

5. Ginger garlic paste ( 1 spoon )

6. Curry leaves

7. Mustard seeds

8. Fresh coriander leaves

9. Red chilli powder

Method

Step 1

Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add mustard seeds, and once they begin to splutter, add curry leaves, asafoetida and beans and mix well.

Step 2

Add salt, mix well and cook for minutes. Add a little water, mix well and cook for - minutes. Add a pinch of red chilli powder and mix.

Step 3

Add ginger-green chilli paste and coriander leaves, mix well and cook for minutes.

Step 4

Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with coconut and serve hot with chapattis or dal-rice.
