Step 1

SOAK THE FOXTAIL MILLET FOR - HOURS BEFORE , U CAN ALSO SOAK IT OVERNIGHT , SOAKING FOR LONG TIME , WILL MAKE IT MORE EASY TO COOK!

Step 2

ADD TABLESPOON OIL AND FRY THE VEGETABLES

Step 3

ADD SALT AND CLOSE THE LID FOR THE VEGETABLES TO COOK

Step 4

ADD SPOON OF GARAM MASALA AND AROUND HALF A SPOON OF RED CHILLI POWDER , ADD PICH OF CINNAMON AND CADAMOM AND CLOVES IF REQUIRED

ADD THE RICE AND MIX WELL

FOR ONE CUP OF FOXTAIL MILLET - ADD ONE AND HALF CUP OF WATER AND ALLOW TO COOK FOR ONE WHISTLE , OR TWO , OR HOWMUCHEVER IT TAKES IN UR COOKER TO COOK FOR NORMAL RICE
