Curd 20gm (optional for making softer base)
Cheese cubes 2pcs (or as per your calories)
Homemade tomato garlic pizza sauce (optional)
Toppings as you like onion, tomato, bell pepper, sweet corn kernel, paneer Or tofu (optional)
Add whey, oats, besan and curd in a bowl and mix well. Add water slowly to make thick paste and let it rest for minutes. Now add salt, mix well and spread the batter on the lightly heated pan, keep the base little thick. Flip the side when it turns little brown and off the flame to add the topping. So now on the top side (the cooked one) spread homemade tomato garlic sauce, skip if not available. Add small amount of grated cheese, then all your veggies and finally the rest of the cheese, chilli flakes, oregano and salt. Put the flame on (keep it low) cover the pan so that veggies can cook will take - minutes. Also can make it in microwave, cook both the sides of base, add the cheese and toppings and put in microwave for minutes. So your favorite and most Healthy Pizza meal is ready.
