Powdered oats - 100 gms Spinach - 10 gms Water - 50 gms Salt n pepper Oil for greasing For presentation: Yogurt - 1 tsp Red capsicum- tiny piece Spinach two leaves Tomato - little for decor Lemon - for decor

Method

Step 1

In blender, add home grounded oats, spinach and water with salt n pepper to taste. Grease your waffle maker with tsp of oil. Pour waffle mixture in waffle maker for minutes. Add you are done! Serve/ present it with yoghurt and your choice of veggies or even without veggies. Speciality of this meal: Quick, easy, very few ingredients, wholesome and super tasty n guilt free. Possibilities are many!
