Step 1

put the fish in fry pan at slow flame for min and cover it with something

Step 2

boil brocolli for min in another pan

Step 3

after min of cooking fish at low flame, add onion, boil brocolli, capsicum, some salt and black pepper

Step 4

cool it at high flame for min

Step 5

your tasty and healthy fish is ready to eat.. 😋😋
