Ginger

salt-quarter spoon

chilli powder -1tbpspoon

turmeric -quarter spoon

Dhaniya powder -half spoon

lemon juice

coconut oil -10gm

Method

Step 1

marinate the fish with above all powders for an hour and den fry it with gm of coconut oil..

Step 2

For dip take a hung curd add mint juice for one bowl and carrot juice for another.. and keep one a plain..
