Katla fish -200 gms
Oil-10 gm

Tomatoes
Few Garlic cloves
Jeera, turmeric powder,chilli powder, coriander powder, salt
mustard seeds, curry leaves and coriander leaves
Add gm oil in a pan . Saute jeera, onions , garlic cloves .
Add tomatoes and saute well untill tomatoes are well mashed. Cool down the sauted ingredients and grind into fine paste
Soak the tamarind and get tamarind pulp
Add ml oil in a pan ,Add mustard seeds, curry leaves and add in the grounded paste and cook well .
Add turmeric powder, chilli powder,coriander powder and salt as per the taste , mix well. Add some water and let the mix boil untill the raw smell leaves.
Once it is well cooked ,add tamarind pulp and let it cook again.
Add freshly cut and cleaned Katla fish and cook for to mins and Your fish curry is done
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with hot rice
