20 gram mustard seeds

Coriander powder

1 small garlic

200 gram fish

1 tbsp olive oil

Turmeric

1 tomato

Method

Step 1

Grind all spices finely

Step 2

Take air-fryer and put fish into that for minutes

Step 3

Take pan , add tbsp olive oil then and spices

Step 4

Keep flame on low and stir it continuously

Step 5

After minutes add tomato

Step 6

Now add water and fish too
