Ingredients

40g Besan

10g soya chunks

50g curd

5g oil

Onion, Capsicum, Green Chilli, Ginger Garlic Paste ,Kasuri Methi, Salt

Method

Step 1

Grind soya chunks into a fine powder. Mix with besan, curd & water. Add veggies, spices & seasonings. Rest for – mins. Cook on a hot pan with g oil until golden. Serve with mint chutney or curd.
