rolled oats 225g roasted pumpkin seeds 10g chocolate whey 5 scoops(150gms) almomds chopped n roasted 30 gms skim milk 200ml dates 150 gm
blend dates and milk, transfer it into a bowl. .add oats, almonds, chocolate whey and pumpkin seeds to the bowl.. mix well .take gm of shredded coconut into a plate .take gms of mixture and dip in shredded coconut and roll into balls. .keep balls in refrigerator .u get energy balls ( gms each) with ingredients mentioned
