Butter - 10 gm
Onion
Green chilly
Coriander leaf
Salt
Jeera
Masala(Choice of yours)
) Take egg whites. Add salt to it and whisk it properly.
) Take gm of Gram flour. Add chopped onion, chopped green chilly, chopped coriander leaf, crushed jeera and mix it well.
) Mix all the above ingredients and put in a non stick pan. apply butter and here you go with your dish ready...
