1 tbsp oil or ghee

Method

Step 1

Boil eggs simply in water.

Step 2

For egg bhurji - Add oil in a pan, then add onions, stir fry the onions till golden brown. Add eggs and spices to it. Mix it well.

Step 3

For roasted corns- Take a corn and roast it on the gas stove directly, or you can also boil the corns.
