Beat up eggs, mix the vegetables and seasonings and keep aside. Put butter in a good non stick pan, and saute the tomatoes till they become a lil brown from sides. Seperate it with the wooden ladle, nicely and pour the egg mix on top. Add the black olives, tear the cheese slice into tiny pieces and put evenly on top, cover and cook on low flame for mins. Not required to flip Enjoy this as a meal in itself π for breakfast. Will keep you filled for a long time.
