2 slices of white bread
5 gm oil
break eggs into a bowl and whisk them
add a pinch of salt, pepper, red chilly powder/flakes, pasta seasoning (as per taste)
dip the bread in bowl covering both sides
Grease the non stick tawa with oil and put the bread on it and cook from both sides
ready to eat with with ketchup or anything! I use a combo of ketchup and mustard sauce. Enjoy!
