Vegetables-onion,tomato,chilli etc
Coriander leaves to garnish ,herbs etc
Salt to taste
Boil the roasted seviyan for some time and strain it..keep it aside. .Heat oil in a pan..then sauté onion ,tomato ,chilli add egg and scramble it to tiny sized (egg bhurji) .now put the seviyan in the same pan and mix it well.. .now garnish with coriander leaves and serve
