Wheat flour - 50 gms - made into fulka
Eggs - 1 whole + 2 egg whites
Finely sliced onion and tomatoes - 50 gms
Butter / oil - 5 gms
Spices - salt, chaat masala, frankie masala
Grease the pan with butter / oil. . Add salt to the eggs and whisk well. . Pour whisked eggs on to the pan. . When eggs are half done, put fulka on the eggs. This will bind the eggs and fulka and it’s then easy to roll. . Add onions and tomatoes. . Add spices. At this stage you can also add cheese, mayonnaise, sauces, etc.... if you are in surplus 🙂 . Roll it and cook a bit on both sides to make it crisp and cut - serve
