10 grms oil 50 grms rice 2 eggs Half onion Mustard seeds Cumin Curry leaves
In a pan heat grm oil,add mustard seeds, cumin, green chilli and curry leaves let it crackle.
Add half onion and spices salt turmeric and red chilli powder. Let it cook for mints.
Add whole eggs ,cook the eggs for another mints.
Add rice n some more spices, sprinkle some water just to prevent getting too dry, cover n cook for another minutes.
Switch off the flame add lemon n coriander. Tadda😊
