Onion - 30gms
Capsicum - 70gms
Oil - 5gms
Rice - 50gms
Cook the rice first and keep it aside
Heat oil in a pan
Add chopped Onions and fry for few seconds
Add chopped Capsicum and fry until crunchy
Lower the flame to medium. Break eggs and add them to the pan
Scramble them and cook till soft
Sprinkle salt evenly
Add pepper powder and mix everything untill eggs are fully cooked
Add cooked and cooled rice , Mix well
Mix for about minutes and your egg Rice is ready to eat
