2 Cheese slice (24gm)
Handful of spinach
Cut capsicum, mushrooms, onion
2 tbs Pizza or pasta sauce
Any herbs
Salt
Chilli flakes
Break eggs in bowl, mix herbs, salt, chilli flakes and put them in pan.
Lay bread in pan over eggs.
Flip it over in a min.
Add pasta sauce on top of eggs.
Put cut veggies and herbs and cheese.
Cover the pan for a minute or till cheese melts.
