)Break eggs in a bowl and add finely chopped onions, capsicum , salt , turmeric , green chilies ,mint leaves and coriander leaves . ) Mix them together ) Heat the paddu pan and oil to with butter / ghee/ oil . I used g of butter to make paddus. ) Pour the mixed ingredients in the pan and cover with a lid ) Cook them in medium flame for to mins and flip and cook them again without lid for mins Vegetarians can substitute eggs with chickpea powder ( besan ) and rest of the ingredients remain the same
