Step 1

Whisk eggs, add milk and spices of your choice, add salt. In silicone cupcake mold, add veggies, then whisked eggs and top with cheese. Bake at F for mins. Serve hot! Tip: colorful peppers, spinach and mushrooms go best in this recipe.
