2 eggs boiled 4 piece bread mayonnaise/ yoghurt green onion leaves chopped red chilli flakes salt cilantro buttermas
mashed boiled eggs. Add mayonnaise or yoghurt to it Add red chilli flakes and little bit of salt. now take bread piece and spread the mix on it and sprinkle some cilantro or onion leaves on it and cover it with other piece of bread. Now apply little bit of butter outside of bread and stir-fry on hot tawa . sandwich is ready to serve.
