Ingredients

white rice 40g egg white -5 butter -8 g Veggies ( Beans , capsicum , carrot) -100g ginger & garlic salt & pepper as per preference Soya sauce ( Optional)

Method

Step 1

Boil g rice . Take egg white in glass . Chop your Veggies in small pieces . Heat the pan . Put butter then salt & pepper . Stir fry veggies . Then put egg white & boiled rice . Stir them till rice gets little brown . serve hot & enjoy
