Ingredients

Veggies (beans, onion, tomato, capsicum and garlic)- 100gms

1tbsp soya sauce

1tbsp vinegar

10gm oil

85 gm rice uncooked

2 eggs

Black pepper and salt as required

Method

Step 1

Add gm oil to pan and prepare bhurji with eggs . In the same pan, take out bhurji and add more oil ( gm) and saute all the veggies . Once the veggies are cooked, add bhurji to it . Add spices- black pepper powder and salt as per taste . Add boiled rice then vinegar and soya sauce . Toss it all for a min or so AND IT’S DONE!! ENJOY!!!
