1. 5 Whole Eggs 2. 90 gm onion cut into small cubes 3. 2 spring onion (white and green portion separated and chopped) 4. 45 gm green bell pepper cut into small cubes 5. 1 big clove of garlic finely chopped 6. Salt to taste 7. 15 gm Chings Schezwan sauce 8. 40 gm rice 9. 8 gm extra virgin olive oil
Make a thick Omelette with gm oil and whole eggs. Cut into inch square pieces. . In a nonstick pan, add gm oil. Saute chopped garlic on low heat. Add white part of spring onion, onion cubes, salt to taste and fry until onions are soft. . Add green bell pepper and cook until soft. . Add green part of spring onion and cook for another mins. . Add schezwan sauce and mix well. . Add cooked rice and the Omelette pieces. . Mix well. Garnish with spring onions. . Egg Fried Rice is ready. Enjoy!
