1. Eggs - 3 2. Cheese slice - 1 3. Rice - 50gm 4. Veggies - 100g (carrot, capsicum, onion) 5. Butter - 10g
Put g butter in a pan and add eggs and scramble them . Keep them aside once done . Put g butter in the same pan and saute the veggies. . Add tsp of ginger garlic paste to this mixture . Add the cooked rice to this. . Add salt and pepper powder as per your taste . Add the scrambled eggs and saute for another - mins. . Top it up with a cheese slice Enjoy!
