Ingredients

Eggs 2

Red bell pepper 50gms,french beans 50 gms and cabbage 50 gms cut veggies into small pieces

Oil 10 gms

pepper powder,Salt as per Taste,soya sauce 1 tsp,veniger 1/2 tsp

Boiled Rice 243 gms(uncooked 80gms)

Method

Step 1

) In pan on high heat add gms of oil once it's heat add beated eggs once it's scrambled add veggies and saute for mins ) add Boiled Rice , soya sauce,pepper powder,salt, and vinegar ) saute for mins ) Serve hot (I have done this for both lunch and dinner)
