Tomato 1 big ripe
salt,red chilli powder,corainder powder,jeera powder,turmeric
ginge4 garlic paste 1 table spoon
Add ghee to a pan followed by finely chopped onions and cook until golden brown
Add ginger garlic paste and cook for mins
Add chopped tomatoes and cook for mins
add spices mentioned above
once tomatoes are cooked, Add mushroom & peas and cook for mins.
Add boiled eggs and serve with steamed rice.
