Eggs White 2
Onion 1 medium - finely chopped
Tomato 1 large ripe- grated/pureed
Ghee 10 gm
Ginger Garlic Paste
Rice 80 gm
besan 10 gm
For Egg curry- Add Ghee to a pan followed by Onion & Ginger Garlic paste and cook until golden brown
Add grated/pureed tomatoes and add spices (salt/jeera powder/turmeric/chilli powder/corainder powder).Add besan and saute for mins and half cup water
Add boiled Eggs and cook for mins
Garnish with Grated boiled eggs and Coriander
Serve with Rice or Chapati or Paratha
