Boil eggs & it will take min.peel them & slit the white portion of egg
Take g ghee and fry eggs
Once eggs are done.Add cumin,kasuri methi and puréed tomato and cook for min
Add salt,turmeric and Kashmiri Lal Mirch and cook further for - min
Add fried eggs and mix well in gravy
Add remaining g of ghee and mix well
Add water as per gravy required and. Cook at low flame for min
U can add tsp cream for some creamy texture if allowed in ur macros
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice/roti
