1 inch ginger
Oil - 15g
Blend tomato,onion,ginger,dried chilli into a fine paste Coat the boiled eggs with some turmeric and chilli powder Heat the pan, put g oil,roast the boiled eggs until they turn light brown Remove the eggs from pan. Put g oil in pan and heat it Add some cumin seeds.Let them crackle Add the grinded paste from step Let it cook properly for - min. Keep stirring in between Add some garam masala in curd and mix it and put that curd in the pan.Cook it for another - min Add water,if needed. Add the fried boiled eggs and let it cook for - min and you are done You can garnish it with coriander leaves Serve it with rice or roti
