Ghee- 10gms
Heat the ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds . Wait until they turn golden brown. . Add finely chopped tomatoes and green chilies then add salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder. . Cover the pan and let it cook for minutes on a low flame. . Add one raw egg and mix well . Add ml water and add coriander powder. . Let it cook on a high flame for minutes. . Add four hard boiled eggs. . Cover the pan and Keep it on a slow flame for minutes. . Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
