Eggs Whole 4
Onion 1 medium - finely chopped
Tomato 1 large ripe- grated/pureed
Ghee 10 gm
Ginger Garlic Paste
salt/turmeric/chilli powder/corainder powder/kashmiri mirch powder/garam masala
For Egg curry- Add approx gm Ghee to a pan followed by finely chopped Onion until golden brown
Add Ginger Garlic paste and cook till the mixture starts leaving oil.
Add grated/pureed tomatoes and add spices (salt/jeera powder/turmeric/chilli powder/corainder powder/kashmiri mirch powder) and cook for mins. Add half cup water and cook for mins.
Add gm ghee to another pan and saute boiled Eggs until goden brown
cut eggs into half and add to the gravy and garnish with corainder leaves.
serve with Rice/Roti/Paratha as per your macros.
