Ingredients

ghee - 4 gms rice - 50 gms boiled eggs - 2 onions and tomatoes ( chopped ) - 100 gms ginger & garlic paste cinnamon stick - 1/2 inch cardamom - 2 chilli powder biryani masala powder - 20 gms or as per your taste salt

Method

Step 1

Add ghee into instant pot or pressure cooker and then put cinnamon stick, cardamom, ginger garlic paste. Fry them.

Step 2

Add onions and tomatoes, then spice powder, chilli powder , salt. Fry well.

Step 3

Add rice, water and boiled eggs. Cook in rice setting or pressure cook for - whistles.

Step 4

Aspharagus are air-fried with gm oil, salt and pepper.

Step 5

Enjoy.
