Vanilla Greek yoghurt ( used epigamia here)- 1 pc
Mango protein - 30 grams
muesli - 20 gms
strawberry - 5 pcs
Mix the yoghurt n whey protein !
It will form a thick mixture. Add muesli n cut up strawberries. You can also add crushed nuts and mixed seeds .
Spread it evenly on a butter paper or a foil paper. Give it a shape of a big bar and refrigerate for few hours. Cut it as you fancy. Gives bars.
