Prawns ~ 4 large sized ones. I used fresh ones, you can use frozen too
Onion 1 medium chopped
Garlic 2 pods chopped
Salt and turmeric as per taste
Lemon and chopped coriander leaves
Mustard oil 5 gm
Defrost - jumbo shrimp. Toss in sprinkles of Turmeric powder and salt. Chop about to cloves of garlic. Mince would be best but do your best Chop quarter of an onion in thin slices Slit - green chilies Heat Mustard Oil to smoking. Add the chopped garlic and chillies Saute until you get the flavor of garlic. Add onion and saute for - minutes until onion is soft and pink Add the prawn and saute until it is no longer raw. Add a little water, salt, coriander leaves and a little sugar (I skipped it) Let the sauce simmer for a - minutes. Taste and adjust for spices. Usually I do not add any other spice to this dish but you can add some red chili powder Serve hot with rice.
