5 gms Ghee/oil
Powered masalas
Salt
Mix the powdered masalas and salt in a bowl as per you taste (I have used Meat masala and red chilli powder).
Heat a not stick pan and add ghee/oil to it.
Add the masala and after - seconds, add the dry soya (right out of the packet) to it.
Keep stirring continuously on low flame until the soya is mixed properly with the masala.
Once done, keep stirring it on high flame until the soya is dark brown. Don't worry if the masala is burnt.
Let it cool. Enjoy the crunchy snack.
